    ang dakong pangutana, WHY JOIN?

do u need an org that is SECULAR in nature, or not? if not, do u want it the same w/ your religious beliefs or something that is "all-religion"?

do u have EXTRA TIME for it? if then, do u have the time & resources to maintain your membership?

is it for your personal development and the need for group identification/affiliation?

is it for serving the community? how do want it done? in secrecy or open to the public?

is it for honing your leadership & people skills?

and lastly, do you really need to join one? think about it twice, thrice...coz that EXTRA TIME you give into it may be better done in other ways beneficial...
    Wew^_^' taasa jd tawn hahahahahahaha

I think i've a post in this in why Joining in a group/organizations basta pakli-a lng ang mga gi post sauna dri na topic...hahahahahahaha

...hmm based on experience because i became the Master Councilor of Order of DeMolay D.S. Chapter in 2 terms last year and im the the outgoing M.C. ryt know(at last!wew). It is really difficult to balance your time specially im a graduating student. When i joined DeMolay i was not thinking of hadling responsibilities and im not expecting na ako mahimung M.C. because i have alot of extra time cuz nka undang kog 1sem ato.
But being in a organization/group is fun and syempre naa man jd na tanang temptations, etc dli jd na kalikayan but i did learn many things being a DeMolay and it helps me grow more mature and grow as a person. Sa DeMolay naay mga values na dapat nimu e-obey and we have rules na dapat sundon. and Since nahimu kong M.C.(Master Councilor) nakat-on njud kog tym management and how to handle my fellow brothers. Cuz here in DeMolay we consider ourselves as the future leaders, and as the Master Councilor i need to show and lead these young leaders how to be a good leader sumday, in their families, friends, community, etc.
and speaking of resources, its part of our training to be resourceful, we did alot of fund raisings activities our Dad Masons helps us in our activities, last december we organized a concert for a cause in opon, we do chldren feeding last summer and bundles of joy sa mga charities and etc.
the only secret in our organization is our rituals.
You dont need to be in a organization to help develop your skills it's really up to you, on how you can handle yourself but being in a group is a big help in letting your self grow as a person and develop your skills. ryt know im a senior DeMolay na, cuz i just turned 21 and the only things that keeps me busy is my studies and my band but still may time pko sa DeMolay and helps the younger brothers. hehehehe ^_^'

i think almost tanan mabassa nimu about freemasonry is negative but if mahimu nakang member you will know. I've known people na nahimung inactive members but its not the principlte of Freemsonry/Teachings ang reason nganung ni laylo sila its because they are too imature for these organization dnt knw lng sa imu cuzin or wla sila nakasabay sa mga behavior/attitude sa ilang mga bretherens or maybe financial. hehehe
