Sorry Manny you're making even less sense now. Just go back, read a bit slower and you will see that there is in fact no contradiction and that actually your OTT simplistic bundling of unrelated issues under one umbrella is borderline propaganda.

Resorting to ad hominems now? That just goes to show your pseudo-arguments have run out of steam.
And I'm still waiting for you to show how your justifications for prostitution do not apply to rape, murder, etc. So far you have FAILED to do so.
Until you do that, you fall to reductio ad absurdum.
And don't forget to show evidence that most prostitutes actually freely choose their profession -- and choose to stay in it without duress. Just don't take forever.
Stop soap-boxing Manny, this is supposed to be a discussion! I have already proved my point, if you cannot or will not listen then I am unable to help you any further.
Prostitutes generally work for money, that is their motivation and the only qualification required is a pretty face. They could not earn the same money in a different industry and so they stay in the job until their looks fade or they can afford to stop. The much publicized slavery aspect is not the real picture. It does exist, but not on the scale you would like us to believe.
Uh, 27 million is really small-scale, huh? Do some homework before displaying what you DON'T know.
I have shown that your arguments lead to absurd conclusions. Reductio ad absurdum. Look it up. You have not been able to refute the logic. And now you want us to believe you. Yeah, right.
Prostitution is a form of exploitation of the poor. These people are victims. Pretending that they aren't doesn't change the reality.
Pabor kaayo ko nga e legalize ni cya ug dili lang prostitution kundi sogal, drugs ug uban pang mga illegal na rampant or shall we say "inevitable" Why?
Reasons are as follows:
1. We can regulate
2. We can imposed specific rules and conditions
3. It can create revenue
4. Most important is we can monitor
Requirement of legalizing this so called illegal acts.
1. This illegal act will only be legalized on a limited and spefic area in the country.
2. Anyone who is proven violating the laws, rules or conditions will be subjected to death penalty through firing squad.
We are discussing The Philippines so your 27 million figure is just another piece of propaganda. "There are lies, damn lies and then there are statistics". You ever hear that saying before? It seems to me that your ego is interfering with your judgment. You profess sympathy for prostitutes and yet you want to deny them better working conditions. You sir need to consider your motives!
Well, it seems you can't provide any numbers at all to back up your claims.
And you are still avoiding the logical challenge. Let me repeat it:
And I'm still waiting for you to show how your justifications for prostitution do not apply to rape, murder, etc. So far you have FAILED to do so.
Until you do that, you fall to reductio ad absurdum.

Well? Still no answer?
Militants are so tiresome!
Good luck with your life, I'm sure brainwashing is a most satisfying endeavor.
