Kasuway ko ug submit on one of the threads here. Disappointed lng ko kay pag.interview gipangutana ko if i do have any call center experience. Of coure I told them "I haven't any bcoz I worked as an editor from the day I graduated. The gay sounding guy from Convergys also said that I have to speak on straight english, the when I questioned him why? He told me that I'm not qualified, when part of my job is to coordinate with clients through chat and mail. I dont have problem on the English since it is my work.

Wa jud ko nagdahom na kailangan diay ug talking ang chat and email support. I diddn't realize until someone from convergys called me.

Is it part of the job to do talking? or is it purely chatting through electronic messengers and emails.

sakto pud...kung chat man lang ug email ang kinahanglan sa job mo qualify jud ka bro... "not all gud writers are gud speakers and not all gud speakers are gud writers."
