    @erichoy: I'm not sure if we can generalize that but I did hear that a colleague of mine in our Manila branch cried because of the pressure but there are plenty of female software engineers here at NEC and I have yet to see one cry because of pressure. The only time I heard that one of them cried was because nobody showed up for cheer dance practice for our Sports Fest. He he he.
