i agree. Garci dont need passport. if he want to get out the of the country he has connections, and Garci is not dumb. he knows if he will be using his passport (authentic passport), bingo! he can be trace easily. i heard radio reports this morning (unfortunately, i cant find related article on the net), that DFA records show there are three Virgilio Garcillano passports. Garci's complete name is "Virgilio O. Garcillano" while the Singapore reports show "Virgilio Garcillano Jr."
