If the person has problems with sight and sound or speech he/she still have other senses that makes him/her human. Each senses compliments the other. A blind can see through touch. A deaf can hear through speech (lip reading). A mute can talk by writing. But If you don't have those 5 senses... then you declare what type of human is that. Probably dead.
