Wa ha ha ha ha ha. Lipay tawon ang mga purdoy nga Pinoy. Pinoys are losers! Look the bulk of the gold medal are coming from subjective sports like diving, wushu, taekwondo and karatedo. This where hometown decisions are made. Bisag wala maigo ang kontra, hala score para sa Pinas. bisan bati ang pagka execute sa diving, hala perfect score sa Pinas. Bisan dili kaayo nindot ang pag perform sa wushu, hala gold ang pinas.

Tanawa sa sports nga dili subjective like badminton, soccer, ug volleyball. Wa manimaho ang Pilipinas. Gikulata ug maayo sa kontra. The organizers stuff the gold medals in wushu para ma insure gyud ang overall lead ang pinas.

Who are we kidding. This gold medal standings is PROPAGANDA only.

Well oka nang athletics. But I say, take out the wushu, taekwondo, karatedo and diving and the pathetic RP will not even place third.

@brownbrawn ask lng ko question bro, unsa man imo gibasehan ana nga nakasulti man ka. Kung maayo lng jud diay ato athlete. Pabor man jud ta ky dri gud na sila nagpractice sa mismo venue pa jud so naa jud ta advantage over the other country and beside ang mga judge ana come from different country man. Kung pwede na ngano kron pa man gibuhat na sa pinas nga infact bisag asa i held ang sea games kung pwede lng mabayaran ang mga judge ngano dli pa man buhaton sa una pa? Pareha ra gud na sa sea games last time katong gi held sa vietnam ngano vietman man ang leading country a2. Den katong last time pa jud nga gi held dri sa pinas ang sea games ngano wla man ta maka first place a2. Ni improve lng jud ang perfomance sa a2 mga athletes.

With all due respect subzero, even in 1991, I dont really believe that the philippines honestly earned it. I saw the gymnastics competition at that time grabe gyud kaayo ang hometown decision akoy maulaw. Sipyat lang ang pinas adto kay ang last event marathon dili man subjective nga sport.

I dont think ni improve ta. We cant even secure a gold in the olympics. If not for billiards and some luck in the equestrian competition, dili ta ka gold sa Asian games.

Our athletes cannot even secure gold medals in World Championships in every event. So I say this Sea games performance is suspect. Well you can see for yourself.

Well anyway SEA games is always host friendly.

Indons shatter RP hopes in table tennis
    By Ana Regina M. Gonzales

Indonesia showed why it is among the world’ best in table tennis Tuesday when it shattered Philippine hopes with smashing victories in three singles matches at the Ninoy Aquino stadium

Yon Mardono came back mightily from one set down to turn back 1999 World championships bronze medalist Richard Gonzales
while Tondo native, Ernesto Ebuen went down to 20-year-old Hussein Muhammad.

Rene Hondoyo capped Indonesia’s stirring run by downing another RP bet, Julius Esposo in four sets.

National coach Henbird Ortalla pointed to the Indonesians months of prepration in China to the humbling loss, saying: “Natalo kami doon dahil 6 months sila doon sa China nag training. Kami dito lang. Yun ang lamang nila,” said Gonzales.

Nevertheless, the team is ready for the other upcoming matches; one is scheduled Tuesday night t Malaysia, which also beaten by the Indons yesterday.

“Confident pa rin (ang team),” said Ortalla hoping against hope to win the gold for the country.

Aysus mao gyud ning pinoy daghang alibi. Ingna lang gyud wa moy suporta sa gobyerno.

@brownbrawn With due respect to you, it your own idea about it but my idea of it mas lisod man jud ang Asian Games ky to think mas daghan nga lig-on nga country dha lyk China and Japan how much more sa Olympic pa nga naa na ang USA, Australia og uban pa and beside during Asian Games og Olympic pila ra ka athlete a2 ipadala pra morepresent sa Pinas. Hinoon kuwang sad sa funding og support a2 players wen it comes to that event. But the important is ni try ta sa a2 best pra maka earn og gold og respect og friendship to other country.

actually, we are considered major competitors in billiards, karatedo and taekwondo. We have won several gold medals in these events in World Championships, specially in TKD.

@brownbrawn: have you watched any of the games? The point being, that if you've witnessed the Karatedo and TKD competitions, your assumption will simply be disproved. Unless of course you come up with a conspiracy theory that the judges and athletes who come from different countries were involved in a grand scheme of handing the gold medals to us.
