desu- is a polite word
namae-name
ka- question

example

watashi wa kamikaze desu- i am (me) kamikaze. desu-polite expression.or
watashi no namae wa kamikaze desu. my name is kamikaze.

anata wa baddog-san desu. you are baddog.

place -san to be polite and formal, but you can never call youre self -san.
