yeah, you got a point.. pero if kabalo ka modiskarte, maka land ka ug job na dako ug sweldo den di kaayo kapoy ang trabaho maka post post paka sa istorya, naa paka sideline, pwedi pa duha imong trabaho hehe.. and it all boils down to your expertise, so never say makabogo ang magcallcenter, cos there are learnings and knowledge you can get from here that are free and you haven't gotten while you are at school..

it really depends.. kung sales mas dako but gamay ug basic.. with my account im sales..tech and customer service..so mybe thats why we r getting higher pay.. well again it dpends on ur position and performance..

yeah, gamay na basic ang sales kay naa man sila commissions if maka upsell. so if you are good in selling, dako jud ka bonus.
the sad thing is if dika performer or dimalason sad ka wala jud kay mahalinan aw ang basic rasad imong madawat na sweldo.
if mag technical sad ka, wala ka commission pero dako na daan imong basic, so wala nakay apason na quota, ma stress lang hinuon ka sulbad sa errors in bill gates ug ni michael dell haha..

hahaha.exactly..and how much more if u got evrtyhng in one account.. realy dificult but for sure ma excite ka evrytym u work..coz ul always learn new things bsn maniguwang nka sa account..so thats why mas dako ug swledo if naa na tanan... plus bonus and comision pa..
