    I don't see any point of implementing the National ID System. Murag chance ra ni sa government na mangurakot na pud. This will require a big budget napud if ever ila ipatuman. They better save that budget for other more important issues in our country.

    Tama na ng ato existing IDs uy. Each of those has its own purpose.
    Para nako, the National ID System is much like your birth certificate ra man. It's useless.

    for me, national ID is very important... all transaction will be based only on this one card, all info about you is in this card... so when you transact like ex: credit card application, car loan or house loan application, this card will do...

    for security
    this card will be very useful for the NBI or intel to track down the bad elements or illegal alien in the country...

    Most Asian countries are using the IC card... why not in PH?

    For me, it's not really practical for now to implement that. What if you lose it? And what if kelangan nimo ang ID for your a transaction? Eh di doble na imo buhaton coz kelangan mo pa mokuha balik og ID if you lose it.

    Where as, with our existing identification cards, miskan asa lang na ID imo ipakita in whatever transaction, ok na.

    if you lose it... well it's normal process... same thing, d ba kong mawala imo school ID u need to make a police report and affidavit of lost... same thing with this National ID... so take care of it nalang...
