when you subscribe to a telco, are you gonna ask them every detail about how they operate, their certifications and etc? i dont think so and they will not tell you anything as well. they will tell you what they want to tell you since they own it. they will not publicly announce how their stuff works since they are paying for it. otherwise, everyone might just copy it.

ang ako lng pod question, if this is indeed an issue with Smart. bangaa pod nila sa? dli na nila ma ayo within a week or days? im sure ang talent pool nila of technicians is enough to fix this. i dont think dli sila capable of fixing or patching this up since lugi sila ani.
