Just attended my Nephews Birthday and the Balloon Decorations turned out to be a DISASTER!(as in literally) Maygani naa mi lain ng design. Mas maayo pa mi mo design. We trusted CEBU ARTY PARTY BALLOONS. I'll post all the pics here. So buyers, please be aware nga naay mga MANGINGILAD nga Decorator.

Late kaayo siya naabot, and I went out kay ng prepare. Everyone was really busy kay ng prepae and all, pagbalik nako mao ni nahitabo. I tried calling her using my phone and even my friend's phone but she never answered my call.
Sorry, I need to post this for the people to BE AWARE OF THIS. Pra di magpataka ug pili ug Balloon Decorations nga wa gyuy ayo, as in seriously.
