I totally agree with you dex. Before kasi... overwhelmed ang mga Cebuanos with the opening of Ayala then SM... tapos dami pa new stuff that I think natameme sila.

Another factor why I think it will patok now is because there are more people with more income. There are also now more people who want to be "in"...and if the skating rink is the "in" thing.. the BE-SEEN-AT place... then they would want to be there. And there are those nanays and tatays who want their kids to look "cool" (no pun intended) hehehehehe.

Ako... I just want the rink back coz I want my son to experience it. I totally enjoyed skating on ice and I am sure he will too. By the way... I am not one of the aforementioned nanays ha. HAHAHAHAHA.

So...to the investor reading this.... there are LOTS of kids born past Feb 97 whose parents are like me who have experienced ice skating and would want a rink here. Your potential customers, from the number of customers ng SM before... have basically doubled or tripled in number na. Whatcha waiting for? Open na!
