the worst ISP! but i have no choice. they offer the lowest BIS but cheap does not mean that service is hastang binuang.

When their service dept tells you they will deal with your complaint and somebody will contact you within 24 hours.... it never happens. When you are told that the matter has been escalated.... nothings happens. If you stop paying your bill.... then, finally something happens, but it's generally not something good.
