i try it last feb 15 and i got the product last feb 16,,but the product that i received is defective guba ang handle or knob. kapoy kaayo ni sila kay walay toll free number walay chat support and walay reply sa email.

all their contact info are not working even their emails are no good. " to everyone please consider checking the necessary info about the online store , especially about sa customer service support. because companies that are legit has available chat support as well as toll free numbers or working email address. LAZADA's email add are not working i tried sending them emails but system wont allow because email isn't correct...... try it so that you can understand......... imagine guys there sending me a defective product. that means they don't care at all. and if you want to return your product for exchange it will take awhile or no reply at all. however if you order a product ,just 1 day you can have it,,but its defective,,,, they are catering outside manila but they don't have chat support and or right email add. no toll free number.......be safe guys,,,,

I ordered flash drive on C.O.D. option. I received it 10 days,, wa may pwobz,, flash drive ako kay try2x rman,, ang pwobzlang kay nawagtang akong flash drive![]()
naka try pud ko COD sa flash drive...pag friday ko nag order naabot pag monday...
i think dali ra maabot if ang address nga imo ibutang kay dali ra matultulan..in my case, IT Park ako gibuhag then name sa building ang floor.
plus dali pud maabot if maka tubag/maka reply mo sa ilang mga text messages / calls.
