MANAGER sa JUNREX AYALA WALA GYUY BATASAN!

my brother bought a cam and a memory sa junrex, after few days ang memory nag cgi na og error,then dili na gyud mo read and detect, then nanawag mi sa junrex for replacement kay naa man WARRANTY wala pagud ka-abot ug 1 week then na CRASH daun, and then ang mga tao did2 dili na mo sugot ug replacement kay insist gyud ang mga tao did2 nga dili kuno guba (sa ilang huna2x) unya amo pa cla gipa kita nga dili na mo detect. tubag cla nga dili na kuno ilang sala daw and wala kuno clay warranty so meaning ATIK ra diay na ila waranty. Amo gyud gi storyaan ang MANAGER sa Junrex Ayala, amo gi ingnan nga STUPID mani kau inyong warranty diri, wala pagud ka abot ug 1 week 4 days pato to be exact then na crash na ang memory. TABLA ra diay ni ILAD! ANG TUBAG SA JUNREX MANAGER SA AYALA : AW, STUPID SAD DIAY KA SIR KAY NGANO NI PALIT MAN KA NAMO!

VERY GOOD KAU NI NGA MANAGER! GRABEH KA WAY BATASAN!! PAREHA RA GYUD NI CLA TANAN DID2 WAY MGA AU...

dili nagyud ko mo palit anang tindahana oi... i thought masaligan pero grabeh diay ka way-au. insultohon paka

-katong naka palit sa junrex unya wala naka experience ug guba2x...... ok kau...

-pero kung matymingan mo nga naay deprensya inyong gadget na BUY sa junrex, sos matay! ayaw nalang mo pag expect nga magamit inyong warranty.

Same here... Bati sad kaau ang experience nako sa junrex.

mao bah.. re warranty bah.. nag paayo man ko ug fone dinha sa junrex, then naa pod daw warranty..

then after 3weeks, naguba na pod ang fone.. pag balik nko, ingon ko, naguba napud,, and thank god, giilisan nila ang guba sa ako fone without any charge.. then happy ko nigawas sa junrex..

kung ani man gani, murag mamili ni sila ug customer, which is sayop pod kay dapat tanan treated equally.. and dapat kung naay warranty, dapat naa jud!! :mrgreen:


kita pod na customers, i know ma irate jud tah kung naay defect sa ato gipalit kay kwarta gud nato ang nasayang.. pero hunahunaon pod nato na kung tao na na nagreklamo, tao pod sila na naminaw nato.. wa man ta nasuko nila as person diba, nasuko ta kay tungod guba ang product na ato napalit.. so isulti nato ug tarong sa tao.. ana ba, kung dili sila professional, ayaw na paubos sa ila level, ikaw nalang ang magpaka professional kay in the end, ikaw man jud ang sakto kay ikaw ,man ang customer.. hehehehe.. think positive, para positive pod ang ihatag nimu na result!! :mrgreen:

phone shops sell grey market phones (smuggled, sometimes slightly used and sold as brandnew etc...)

they also have legitimate phones.

always insist on warranty stickers like the nokia holograms.

always ask where is the warranty.

Sony Ericsson is in semicon.

Nokia is in brightpoint.

don't rely on in-store service centers

always insist on the authorize service centers...
