camaraderie is not built on TB alone. if majority of the team are party animals, just want fun, and they believe na ka-team ra ka if you'll be the same as them, for the sake of "pakisama", then, that is such a narrow concept to begin with.

even if ang company and mobayad im sure naa japon uban na dili moadto. bisan ako if the venue and the people na akong makuyog dili nko ka same og preference dili ra japon ko mag enjoy. i will suffer trying to enjoy the moment and regret wasting my time. most of the companies dili jud na sila morelease og budget for teambldg.

and of course dili ra sa TB alone ang camaraderie, its also one way of improving the bonding among the team members. still, for me, mas importante nako na mag enjoy sa team bldg kesa mabore.

Here is one diplomatic answer.. di parehas anang uban nga daghan kaayog pangutana, dayon tawgon dayon tag judgemental..
Di naman nua ta ganahan mo express sa atong opinion kay birahan man dayon tag mga proof ug official documents, unsa ni impeachment ni Corona, and if it is dili man ta siya si Merriam. .. Mohatag rakog proof basta siya si Merriam.. lol.. peace..

Team building I think though does not necessarily equate to team outing, though kasagaran sa gitawag nilag team building usually involves, going out to places, enjoying, unya dili na mawala dayon ang inom ug uban pa.

I had attended many team buildings man pud tawon, and many of them did not involve drinking and smoking ug uban pa.
Though I think mas effective ang team building nga kato sponsored sa company nga naay facilitator who knows what he/she is doing.

Those team building "kuno" are the worst of the kind, nga wala lain purpose is to drink all night and get drunk.
I have heard the words "Team building" being literally murdered by the same persons who couldn't get a hold of reality that they are no longer in college. These are the same people who disguises drinking sessions with the words "team building".

Pasensya, I maybe a little sore on this topic because I have seen a lot of these happening not only to my childhood friends and corporate friends, but also to people very close to me. They literally use "TB" as an excuse to get drunk and spend all they have, and this inevitably lead to negative implications.

Daghan nagbuhat ani, daghan mga taga CC "pero dili tanan", wala ni pili. daghan lang gyud taga "CC" wala pa ko kabalo ngano, unsa man gusto ninyo maghimo tag study ani?

Para naa tay "official" nga document.

I know the questions the TS is posting are rhetorical in nature. It's up for the reader to speak his mind and solve the riddle behind the rhetoric question.

Team bulding ang team outing can have the same meaning. Subjective man na silang duha ug dili exclusive ilang meaning. Its a matter of how you use them.

If mu decide an isa ka team muadto ug bantayan para makatapok tapok ang members to know each other and to improve team work. unsa term ana?
