TALLECO - new BPO located in Cebu IT Tower

Applied at Talleco last Thursday morning, Walked in.
Took the exams, out of 11 applicant 9 passed.
The 9 applicants who passed the exam were scheduled for
3:00PM HR Interview. Only 3 passed the Exam.
The 3 Applicants were scheduled for Shift Lead Panel
Interview the next day,Friday in the afternoon.
Only 2 passed the final interview and will wait for the result.

We were advised to wait next week,probably Monday for the result. THEY WILL CALL US or Email us, IF WE PASSED THE FINAL INTERVIEW OR NOT. SHIFT LEADS ADVISE US TO WAIT.
Monday had passed no calls or emails whatsoever from them.

UNTIL A WHILE AGO. WE WENT THERE FOR THE FOLLOWUP AND
GUESS WHAT NONE OF US GET HIRED.

As what Princess said there are some qualifications the we didn't met,and that's the 2 Shift leads decision.

So the probability of being hired is Zero.

Sister ...anyway..they will call you thats a good sign but if not after 2-3 days, you better look for another opportunity/or if your really want to know the real deal, walk in and ask Princess about the status of your application, hoping you wouldn't be disappointed.
