Ang paint, di lang sa cguro, kami ra cguro mag paint ug mada ra..sa electric wiring pud akong bana ra kay mukaon man to xa'g kuryente .. nag inquire mi sa electric wiring para sa aircon tag 6k man oi, maong akong bana nalang kay connected man sab iyang work diha..

D lang sa mi pa extend sa luyo para sa kitchen sa pagkakarun pero nag inquire nami ug pila ilang labor pa extend sa luyo, 16k daw, way labot materials, mag inquire pami ug pila f makaya ra sa amung budget, pa extend nalang jud mi sa luyo for kitchen..

Ang furnitures, naa naman mi mga gamit like sofa, bed, dining table and etc.

haha kamahal pud anang 6k para mag wiring sa aircon oie.. estimated nga price sa electrician.. ^_^ nga sa amo.a ako na mismo nag palit sa materials which is mas-makapili ug maka save then sa electrician pra mag taud around 1.5k-2k raman... hehe

diri sa amoa pag install sa tiles ang ginagamit portland cement ang ratio is 2sack fine sand per 1 sack cement. if magpa tiles ka ug stair, ang computation ana 200PHP per stair.

steel casement computation is PHP150/sq. ft., glass computation is expensive if binuuk dapat isa ka plego daun ipacutting sa ila with a cutting labor cost of PHP25, dapat kabalo ka sa sukod sa bintana arun dili mashort, mas better soba kay pde ra cuttingan on site...

mao ra ni ako ikahatag nga info karun, amoang balay la pa mahuman kapos budget hehehe...
