........the question is, why would it be impossible to build the bridges?

the bridge going to BOHOL has already started construction... its starts somewhere in Mactan island.. can anybody confirm? or chismis ra?

damn!! gasto gasto lang ni.. why wont they just use the money for anything more sensible than this? like more schools, or probably improve the traffic conditions here in cebu..
