There are 3 heavens mentioned in the bible.
Heaven was created for us to be humble and not to think that we can surpass God.
Heaven has infinite boundary that we can't measure by distance but God knows the distance and measurement of it.
As God compare us, that His weakness is stronger than man and His foolishness is wiser than man (1 corinthians 1:25).
The fact that we can't measure heavens the more we believe that God is powerful and almighty.

For those who don't believe Heaven and Hell are tired of doing good.
All of their minds was focussed only to earthly things, not knowing that all will be gone and will be destroyed.
Maybe those who don't believed in existence of Heaven and Hell believed in Reincarnation.

You can't find the word purgatory in the bible, its not even mentioned by the prophets, apostles, angels, and even Christ.

Also the place Limbo was not written in the bible even mentioned about it.
