    still young pa nang 30, naa gani nag pa one-on-one tutorial nako nga almost 50 na nadala pa man. depende ra jud na sa interest and desire.

    pero when you go to low level system and hardcore development like 3D games, or device drivers, firmwares, OS stuff, aw lisud2 na iapas ..

    Of course not. change your paradigm from years into hours. It all depends on how much you can squeeze 10,000 hours into a skill/trade/hobby. So if you put in 8 hours a day so: 10,000/8=1250 days or 3.42 years. By that time you are already an expert.

    The figure 10,000 hours is taken from a study of Malcolm Gladwell who published his bestseller "Outliers". Also know the fact that in this day and age, any working person will have more than two jobs/fields because of the times.
