the thing here is that she proclaimed herself to be the best governor. THAT's the problem!

but with regards to HOW she considered herself to be one? the things she did for cebu in order for her to consider herself to be one? that's not questionable! yep! it's right! we all have our own flaws, but we are given countless opportunities to make things right and make things work in the end. let's not just judge her by the things she said to be fair, and for the good of all ,let's just wait until her last term if she really did cope up from her flaws.

and if wala gane, then we all have our chance to vote for the next governor whom we can call the BEST.
