hmmm 15% na diay? i just checked the other week and ingon it was just 10%...
can you confirm na it's true na 15% na so i can inform people here at work...? tenchu

what are your skeds man? mine is 8pm-4am (8 hours ra, payts kaau)

We used to be on 30% night diff but then our company reduced it to 15% saying its the minimum required sa Govt. But ill try to verify this.

huhuhu... night shift ko... pinakaworst nako na shift is 3am to 12pm... saputon jud ko inig gawas kay init kaayu dili pa jud ko katug daun. maayo gani 11pm to 8am... arang2x nalang

Good thing about working at night kay dili ka mainitan au! pag-uli nimo kay nice pa na init ang maabtan... 7am man jud akong out... then pagduty nako sa gabie kay ngitngit...
