nalimot kog mention, nanawag ko daan, nag ask sa price for hdd and proc, then after confirming, ni sulti ko nga "moanha na ko diha, akong paliton", could have said then nga dili pwede mopalit ug proc lang para sad di ko mag hassle2, ug pliti sa taxi for nothing...

oh well, I can't change a thing, whats done is done....

nag confirm na over the phone na naay stocks
and then dili man diay pag baligya pag abot mo sa store
sayang ang time then ang plete sa taxi padung interpace

sakto ka sir... nahitabo na man jud ni. wa na tay mabuhat. naa ra ni nato mga suking tigpaminaw kung magpadayun ta ug palit sa GI kai barato or mangita ta ug laing tindahan na mejo mahal pero nindot ug serbisyo.

actually this is not about mupalit ba ghapon or dili... i have lots of complaints against CDR-king and PCQ, but then, they will still remain to be my options kung naa ko gusto paliton. ang reklamo sa uban is ang hassle involved man gud, kay sa TS nga nanawag diay daan pero di diay ghapon kapalit. besides, as customers, we are entitled to our rants and opinions, which in the end would probably help ang store to be better. though as i have said, this is im sure just a miscommunication sa side sa salesman into relaying ang true intention sa store sa pag-hold sa product or pag sell sa products as set. if there was reason, then let the reason be known in its very sense.

dili ko ga hangyo sa mga computer shops ever, bisan pa imo i-ask si tpc-techjunction, di ko ga haggle, and take note, niabot na ug several hundred thousands akong napalit sa iya sauna pa.

sa iya ta ko mopalit ug proc pero unstable iyang prices sa i-series nga processors so ni decide na lang ko mopalit locally, guess that was a mistake, maypag sa iya na lang jud ko nipalit, wa pay hassle...

kay in truth, on most transactions, taxi back and forth = shipping from manila to cebu (delivered straight to your doorstep)...

if you want to track this diay para ma confirm if my story is true, ask sa APM branch kung naa nanawag ug nianha para mopalit ug i5 760 ug i3 540, 1tb hdd, ug logitech speakers (ug video card unta pang physx), ako na to ilang gibalibaran...

not to worry, I'm just one less customer, won't have an impact at all to GI's business/income...

wonder lang ko kinsa nga sales naka storya nmo sa phone.. kay last stock namo sa Core i5 760 sold last Dec2010 as of 2011 walapa ni sud sa system core i5 650 sold last feb16..and wala sad mi display na core i5 sa glass

avail units core i3 530 ,core i3 540 and core i7 870..

naka palit ko diha sa GI ..individual items: i5, mobo, mem, hdd, vid, cdrive.. ang kulang nako casing n psu (wla silay stock but hulat lang ko). so far ok man.. i think naka basa sila ani na thread. ^^

TessF.. faciol ? sak2 ba ang lastname. i think nagwork ka sa Arctech & APC before? but wala lagi ko kita nimo sa GI asa man diay ka assign?

misunderstanding lang nahitabo ani, sometimes ang sales rep di jud mao ang i-relay sa customer...
think dapat sultihan ang sales rep about sa iya gisulti ni zhadlp to clear things out..
maypa mag-atubang mo personally zhadlp, tessf ug ang salesrep.
