A possibility is 100%, although the question does it have intelligence developed enough to fluently communicate intellectually.

on the other hand we are aliens ourself for them.

we are not alone.. the possibility of another civilization outside our planet is too great..ang problema lang, mas advance ba sila? if they are, then they might have the same problem like ours (over population, pollution, etc..). so if mogawas man sila sa ila planet & they happen to stumble upon earth, then we are DOOMED..hehehe
