Stress and tension can create muscle and body aches, neck and shoulder pain, for instance. Natural muscle relaxers help relax your body for a good sleep. I like Valerian herb. I have a back injury and this helps at night to relax. If you just can fall asleep because of a change in your sleep time/pattern, then Melanesian is a hormone that can somewhat adjust the pattern. A hot bath or stretching and meditation before to bed also helps. If you have something in your mind that is bothering you, meditation and thinking out loud, or writing helps clear the mind.
