    Hello Members,

    Stress and tension can create muscle and body aches, neck and shoulder pain, for instance. Natural muscle relaxers help relax your body for a good sleep. I like Valerian herb. I have a back injury and this helps at night to relax. If you just can fall asleep because of a change in your sleep time/pattern, then Melanesian is a hormone that can somewhat adjust the pattern. A hot bath or stretching and meditation before to bed also helps. If you have something in your mind that is bothering you, meditation and thinking out loud, or writing helps clear the mind.

    A warm cup of milk lang at night before going to sleep. that does it for me before ka2ng maglisod pako ug sleep.

    Relaxation technique kinahanglan nimo dear prior to sleep. Pag warm shower before sleeping para ma relax imong muscles nya para dili tensed then pwede pod mag warm milk ka before sleeping or pangita ug chamomile+lavender tea kay super helpful jud na, duka.on jud kag maayo. Then imong room kay i total blackout if possible kay that's one way to fake melatonin production para ma sleepy jud ka. Then dapat imong room kay well ventilated and dili halimuot kay maka disturb jud nag sleep. Avoid sweets and caffeine before sleeping.

    Lastly dear, if very frequent na jud imong sleeping problems, I advised to seek Occupational Therapist, ma resolved na nila imong rest and sleep issue which is important sa daily cycle nimo.
