As far as pay is concerned, i think best basta sales account. cannot compare ang lain accounts like techie or customer service. sa CS account, the quality of ur calls are measured by QA..sometimes subjective sa QA analyst. Or dili ba tungod sa CSAT..customer satisfaction survey..another subjective nga measurement...and even if u get quality calls...that only translate to better metrics for the month...and measured pa against other metrics like AHT, shedule adherance, etc...

for me, sales account have better measure of the quality of your calls...cause quality calls translate to money- commissions, pay-out, incentives. for me, mao na mas direct na motivating factor.

thats the reason, that im planningto resign na in my CS account where i worked for almost 5years, and apply for a sales account: either Ex libris or CVG with their Sprint account.

i have two questions:

first, are there better sales accounts out there ( besides exlibris sales & cvg sprint?) pls share, it would really help for some if us shopping for new companies...new jobs.

second: if u apply in CVG, can you choose which account you wll be hired in? like CVG sprint or citi?

I don't think you can choose your account in cvg. HR will choose your account, and you'll have to undergo validation interview/s.
