    ^ everyone who lifts weights for mass should take protein to get maximum results. You need so much protein when weightlifting you wouldn't be able to get enough from food alone, unless you can stand eating 20-30 whole eggs and 6 chicken breasts per day.

    It is recommended to take in atleast 1g of protein per 1lb of your weight. If you're really working out intensely i recommend to take in 1.5g of protein per 1lb to get the most out of it! and please do not train a muscle group twice a week. MUSCLE grows while you rest not while you're in the gym..

    Taking in protein isn't that hard. For example if you weight 130lbs. In the morning you could eat 1 whole egg + 3 egg whites = 20G of protein. Between breakfast and lunch you can eat maybe some lowfat yogurt + a glass of milk Then for lunch you can have 1 Chicken breast thats around 20-30G of protein. Snacks? No prob! Peanut butter with Wheat bread maybe around 15g of protein depending on serving.. Dinner = Same as lunch or you can have grilled fish or steak. Another 20-30g of protein! 2-3 hours after you can eat 3 boiled eggs for 20g of protein! Add them up you get 120-130G of protein! Thats not so much.. A scoop of whey can cost around 30-45 peso. While buying chicken breast or some lean meats in the supermarket can cost less

    bro, i just entered a cardio program. 1 hour per day siya. wala sa ko mag alsa. i want to lose weight man gud. unsa pa angay buhatun para effective ang pag lose weight? how about food intake? unsay kinahanglan kan.un or unsa maayo nga mga food angay makaon? thanks.

    Yea puwede sad raw eggs, pina Rocky nga style. Ibutang lang sa blender, sagolan og gatas og duha ka tasa kan-on. Payts na.. Post-workout shake raman pud ang pinaka importante.
