funny how you guys consider it murder. if a woman had been raped, by 24 weeks, you would think that a woman should have made a decision to abort the child early on. how frickin ridiculous is it for the Catholic Church to tell people they couldn't use condoms at the same time heavily criticize the practice of abortion? it's absurd, but that's another issue.

Yes, it should be allowed. The victim's welfare should be paramount and as far as I'm concerned they have suffered enough already therefore their choice should not only be respected, but fast-tracked in a completely confidential and sympathetic environment.

the survivor should have the right to choose. whether she wants it aborted or not we cannot judge her for that. I also support a woman's right of choice to have an abortion or not, whatever the circumstances.
