yes
no

funny how you guys consider it murder. if a woman had been raped, by 24 weeks, you would think that a woman should have made a decision to abort the child early on. how frickin ridiculous is it for the Catholic Church to tell people they couldn't use condoms at the same time heavily criticize the practice of abortion? it's absurd, but that's another issue.
like what my favorite idol used to say: "How come when it's us, it's an ABORTION? and when it's a chicken, it's an OMELET?"

Yes, it should be allowed. The victim's welfare should be paramount and as far as I'm concerned they have suffered enough already therefore their choice should not only be respected, but fast-tracked in a completely confidential and sympathetic environment.
the survivor should have the right to choose. whether she wants it aborted or not we cannot judge her for that. I also support a woman's right of choice to have an abortion or not, whatever the circumstances. A woman's body is a woman's right, so anything nga naa sa iyang body iyang right, iyang choice wala kitay say ana.
i see why not?!? i mean clearly it's an unwanted child.
naa may law nag support ana... especially if reported right away naa man emergency contraception before anything can be formed... and depende ra sad sa victim, pro life or pro choice...
unwanted and wanted.. everyone deserves to enjoy happiness one way or the other in this world...
noone and nobody has in any position.. deserves to take that happiness away from that individual...
let's put yourself in that situation - your the unwanted child...
If your mother got raped by your grandpa.. and your mom decided not to push her ordeal of bearing you... Will you be here now? Will you be here in istorya defending your say that every women must be given the right to abort or not their baby...?
