Before ni transfer ko ug trabahuan, im skinny and no belly fat. Today i have belly fat, double chin, pero kung karon paka kita nako, still youll say im not fat pero kung akong kaila muingon, nanambok daw ko.
every lunch, my suki will serve me nilat.an, as in everyday. and when i reach home, after eating dinner, i rest and do little tasks then sleep sayo. so i guess that routine alone gave me this fatty. my BP is still normal though.![]()
