honestly thats one of the reasons ngano nikontra ko sa mga bishops karon.. in times of moral crisis. they stood neutral.. dili sila active.. thay claim to be moral guardians but they didnt do a significant thing about ani...

gihilabtan sa mga pari mga labor2x probs, pollution probs, pero such heinous crime murag wala ra? grabe sad..

if they really are moral guardians, they should be active in bringing peace and progress to these lawless places where people have lost hope...

these bishops have the power and the influence. but why ,when they could have, didnt do anything...

the church leaders are just humans and that is a fact, they follow God, but they will not become as powerful as God, so naay limitation.........
So kung ikaw pay bishop karon, moadto ba ka sa maguindanao to fix things?......kanang tinud-anay ha?.........

The Church is at the point of "damn if you do, damn if you don't"-situation in our present society. I the Church does nothing, they will be criticized for nonaction. If they will stress their stand on something, they will be criticized for interfering with other matters than spiritual. Personally, I am disgusted with some of the priests in the way they handle themselves. You can almost feel that these kind of priests expect utmost respect for merely being a priest. Although there are still priests who serve faithfully and live an honest religious life.

You are right, because this is a serious matter, daghang tawo ang maligsan kung mohimo ug comment, one should be responsible enough to do that......
