Hay naku been there done that. I have tried that Depo Provera birth control shot before for about a year i think and I had problems when i stopped taking it. Not only nag gain ko kaayo ug weight, my cycle went out of whack. My OB/Gyn had to put me on hormone therapy. There were months no period. It took a long time till nibalik sa normal akong paminaw. So although it is effective i do not recommend it. Now, i simply do not get pregnant. its not that i wont. I just dont do it anymore. For years. So my OB/Gyn who is a male german doctor and always have been my doctor eversince goes wide-eyed when he asked me...are you sexually active? Ingon ko niya. No. One time i thought i'd do something so i went to him asking for some kind of birth control. He said, if you are not sexually active i will not recommend you taking any of those birth control and anything inserted cause your body is not used to it and it will consider those things foreign object, hehehe...basin kuno ma shock akong system with anything new. So leave as is he said, just condom and spermicide if you dont do it all the time. I mean if you dont have a regular partner and you dont do it every week naman, condom and spermicide should be okay to use. Or condom and cervical caps that women insert in there. But remember guys, dont trust on withdrawal. I got pregnant that way. By accident. It was not planned. I hope you take this as something educational and informative.

Di ba mao ni ang period nga dili sila 'on-heat'. Unya takes longer for them to generate 'the natural lubricant' unya feeling nila walay lami i-jerjer. The guy should do his best to stimulate the girl during this period, if he can do foreplay for an hour or 2 ok kaayo! Pero still not safe.

Sexual pleasure can be achieved without putting IT inside!

Pero kung dili gyud kapugngan kay ganahan gyud mo-ENTER, Condom gyud!
Itaud before siya mo-ENTER. dili ENTER then ayha pa itaud...hehehe pre-ejact can also create homo sapiens.

if the girl doesn't have any blood problems or is on antidepressants.. i'd say oral contraceptives.. let the pleasures of the flesh be taken advantage to the max..
other than that.. condom lng.. withdrawal can cause the girl to be left out of the fun...
