    CONTRAST

If you're used to shooting rocks all the time, it seems boring on what change do you want in your shots. With this image, I spotted an unusual rock where it gives an adverse contrast to the scattered rocks. This gives a balance between black and white stones.

When shooting seascapes, I always check if clouds are fast moving. I was lucky with this shot as clouds were moving westward. A few minutes before sunset, light was gloriously displayed as it strikes the boat.
Moving.. literally..hehe murag ni-move ang streaking clouds..

Golden Hour (peaks of landscape photography), this is where lighting is softer (more diffuse) and warmer in hue, and shadows are longer.

Sunset in bacolod was so intense, this was shot in bredco on the last day w/ reverse grad, ND8 and CPL.

sir when you combine your filters, do you know already the effect of it? or your just experimenting with different filters you have? .. just curious..

@dansoi1234, yap, i already know what filter to use. It mostly depends on the light available.

Its been awhile since i last shoot hardcore landscape photography. As most of you don't know, I've been shooting more weddings than landscape last year. Check our site Wedding Passport | Cebu Contemporary Wedding Photography

I would like to share IR shots i took recently. These images were combined efforts of hardwork and patience. Shooting under the extreme heat of the sun has been tough. All shots used with Hoya IR72 and CW IR850.
