OT: ni resign naka bro? naa naman kaha tong imong certificate? basta maau ka ug records did2 kai pasok dayon ka... but unfortunately kai wa nadawat ako miga... gikan sad cya teletech dumaguete.. paitz... I dont know the reason... why kaha noh?

its not maybe bro,mao dyud na reason,they have what they call NDC (non disclosure clause),naa mga certain companies nga naa ani nga agreement,juz like sykes and teletech since they share a certain same account.the NDC would expire from the employee after a year,pde man ka makapamutbot ana para madawat ka,problem is,teletech man gud last employeer nako,so dli dyud ko pde mulimod nga gkan ko adto.

mao lagi sad... same accounts kai matrace jud nla... paitz... call center virgin paman gud ko.. hehehe... but I already known some important things about call center because of my experiences in applying... I know kulang pani ako nahibaw an and I'm willing to learn... Thanks for sharing me your ideas.. hehehe...

mao d i wala ko nadawat ingon sila kay negative daw feedbacks akoa, then d dili nalang sila mo sulti sa tinuod i know its about the non competing clause that i signed from teletech... gosh teletech pd q..strick ra au ang PS oist murag tsjagle lstjaltje sthlaserthe nga company.. haha.. kaluoy pud oist..

im not sure ha? pero mura imo pasabot is NCC non-compete clause man tingali.. correct me if i am wrong..

yep ReconGUNNy ur right its NCC non -compete clause meaning u expressingly agree that after the cessation of your employment with the company for whatever reason u resigned , u will not for a period of ONE YEAR be enaged or interested in any capacity or in any business undertaking the same line of business as the company (callcenter ) or which may compete in any matter with the company in the philippines.

so dapat pa xpireron sa nmu after a year bfore ka mka apply with the same line of field or industry..but not all call center are strict about NCC.. i can name a few lang but im not sure ang uban..
