@acqua 3ds max user here all the way. a touch of zbrushing and a tiny bit of modo-"ling". hehehe

katong mga ganahan og ZBrush, naay lain nga mas-nindot DAW... no info about it yet other than screenshots of models done in it.. and from what i've seen, IT IS AMAZING!!!

yeah, rhino is really good with inorganic modeling.. i've seen some amazing stuff done in it.. haven't tried it myself though...
