    Ay dili man sila ramp up, naa man gani sila new hires na wla pa kasugod ug training naka floating status na and to worsen it, almost 3months na "officially employed daw" wlay bayad sa sss o unsa man diha...faet kaayo ni na company hassle kaayo apply so dont bother wasting your time with this company.
    Imagina, paadtuon ka sa ila office and dili prompt ang hr didto pahuwaton ka for an hour maski skeduled na ka and hatagan ra diay ka notice na dli pa kasugod ang training kay "clients discretion" daw.
    I cant believe that this company gave me false hope.

    hala noh.. so almost 3 months nga employed - floating employee sa ICT daw?? hmmm... pwidi pud.. dili pud ni imposible kay naa lagi koy ka team saona nga ni resign xa dire kay mo balhin lage daw cya sa ICT kay dako og offer.. unya pag balhin niya.. hastang paeta., naa daw account nga dinha nga hapit na mo pull-out.
    nag mahay jud og dako ako fren kay mas stable unta ang previous company, then ni balhin cyas sa ICT thinking nga stable pud ni,kay naa man gud ni silay center nga dugay na sa makati.

    a lot of my buds work there tristan sean and beebop mga pioneer n cla and all, the thing is the only gripe they have is the friggin low pay esp in the VMU account and if u get promoted like u get to be a QA ur salary is till gonna be the same till u get regularized or after 6 months that is if ur like doing good.wat da? mao ra g hapun u pay even if dako na u postition and heavy na u work load unsa man na pud oi,is that another way of oppression ? this BPO industry is like the modern day sweat shop the slave pit of before,,hu huhu and sadly I am among the mere cogs in the wheel of this so called sunshine industry-short of like automatons to the beep of the headset to the avaya sigh....anybody for vto??early log out? Pero naa payter nga chick sa ICT her name is Joan such a uber cool babe hope she is still there under TL Janelle...hehehehe

    faet jud day kay 3x na revised ang contract...and the last time that the contract was revised the manager...i dont know what manager is he..initial O.B., told the wave that we are already an employee and there will be no further changes to the hiring date;
    and to my surprise, when i signed the contract again for the FOURTH time, na revised jud ang hiring date...
    well im still hopeful that something is gonna be done about, though i signed the contract with the agreement that i fully understand it, before i did i asked the Recruitment (initial L) about the revised date, she assured us that our since our case is different then the Hr will be doing something about it,,,,i just dont know what exactly theyre gonna do about it, but im in good faith with them...
    grabe this company made me wait for a long time and na hassle na kaayo ko, i hope that this time they wont screw up..

    nsantos: dont keep your hopes up lang ... sad to say,, katong akong fren lage..nag wait jud intawon cya nga ma balik ilang training noh.. and you know what happen. . after 48 years na patawag na jud sila kay mag training na daw... so training pud tawn cya.. and when the time comes nga mag tally na sa mga scores and everything.like QA nila sa nesting,og mga AHT nila og uban pa... unfortunately ,wla daw cya ka meet sa metrics or scorecard sa nesting and therefore , wala cya ma endorse for live calls na.
    sad biya jud kaayo ang nahitabo...
    kay imagine after like 48 years nga nag wait cya and didnt apply og lain na company kay nindot lage ang mga estorya sa HR.. pero wow, finally abi nato kay sure na cya nga ma endorse sa production, e hagbong lang diay... tsk...
    ~ kasabot man sad ko sa side sa trainors and sa management, if dili ka meet sa metrics ang agents or even close lang.. dili jud na cya ready for production, pero to think bah, gepahulat man gud sila og dugay nya abi niya nga sure ball na to... tsk

    i heard na ang ICT nanaktak ug employees and some who already signed the contract are still waiting for 48 years para sa ilang training sked... how true? what happened di ay sa ICT... dili na cla manawat ug applicants?
