It's been exactly one month since my problem started. And more than 8 (I did count) phone calls to the tech support. I will have a technician look at it and if it doesn't improve, bybye myDSL. I'm tired of it na, sayang ang gibayad. As in super sayang.
My download speed has been very slow lately.. mo avg nalang kog 20~24kb atleast sa office maka sustain pag 198kb/s.
hoping nga ma taod ang ang 1mbps CIR lease line. sa office para did2 nalang ko mag download..
called pldt about my problem they said ila daw e tarong sa datacenter, now im getting a 102kb/s constant download which goes up to 104.. weee maypa igon ani pirme..
wheee.. Hows that possible? That they fix one subscriber's problem and not fix another? Why not fix them altogether. Still same story here. They're sending a technician. Hope there's an improvement. As expected, my next door neighbors are expriencing the same problems..

I'm not quite sure ha, pero kung mag ulan ky mohinay gyud na among connection.. Kay magstatic man cguro, mao nay ingon sa kaila nako.. pero kabantay ko mohinay kung ulan..

i have PLDT MICROBIZ pero naa ko ako pinaka main application nga cge ko ka disconnect...maskin wala uwan..
tawag pa ko balik pldt ani..hayyy,naka away na baya ko anang ilang customer service uyy..as in grabe
