FYI, we're still conducting a poll as to where do the majority of the people here in iSTORYA.net want to hold the event. organizing the party to make it real (and if possible make it as big as anyone could ever imagine) is another stuff to talk about. there's nothing to worry. the moderators will be informed about this event in time. for now, we still have collate people's ideas when, where, and how they would want it to happen...thanks

Since the thread title is "Grand iSTORYA.net EB PARTY", then I strongly suggest to get the moderators involved as soon as possible even if everything is still in draft. Each and every movement and groups here in Istorya has at least one moderator who's involved even at the planning stage.

I see. More suggestions: Try to contact some of the existing and established Istorya groups to pull more people. Here's some of the groups I know:
