submit mo yung requirements (resume and pics) sa isang personnel ng PESO ata yun. He/She will staple or clip your requirements with your priority number.
wait for your turn for physical screening. The girl will check everything, she will be telling you to take off your overcoat, face to your left, to your right, turn around, smile and all. Check niya yung face mo, skin, elbows, arms, hands, fingernails, legs(raising your skirt a bit), your height(without your shoe) and weight, saka yung reach test. Then she will be taking notes of everything, at the same time make comments like "you're underweight". At this stage some are made to go home, usually yung hindi pumasa sa reach test.
wait for the next stage. This stage is gonna be an initial interview at the same time screening(ulit) with sir Emer. He will call you. From that moment, he will be observing you na on how you walk and carry yourself. Then he will greet you and he will introduce himself, then a few questions. Then he will make you stand up in front of him, he's just a couple steps away, or closer pa ata yun. he'll check your teeth, upper and lower, ask you question/s if you have jackets or so... he'll make you smile (smile your sweetest please), turn around with skirts a little raised. Your hands and arms are also checked again.. He'll be asking a few questions also like how often you see your dermatologist or so.. would also check closely your face for blemishes/pimples. ganyan. yun lang ata matandaan ko. then he'll invite you to sit again and initial interview na yun. Basic questions lang like Tell me about yourself questions, or whats your strength, what r ur weaknesses. a little question on ur previous job.
Then there could be a little group discussion, with 5 or 6 co-applicants. You may be asked to introduce or say something about yourself.
Tapos dun you'll be waiting for a week for an email from sir emer. The email has the instructions for the next step.
