it taste a lot like the regular brewed coffee but dili bug-at ang imong baga after drinking. it has a mild effect on your body (dili siya kape nga maka-pawala sa drowsiness). it's light to the tongue - u know, the taste like u dring mineral water instead of tap water.

i tried it the other week at a cafe in Pangasinan on my way to Baguio. you know the area where public buses bound for the North stop, kanang daghan kaayong carenderia just before you reach the crossing for Baguio and La Union.

the official explanation sa ilang bottle container (it's mga Gerber size) is that the civet cat eats the coffee beans whole and it ferments inside their stomachs. it is not digested so it comes out as whole beans.

grabe ka-mahal. one bottle (Gerber size) is 700pesos. daghan baya ang ni-order when i was there. curiosity got the better of me and i tried it. OK ra man, if you just get the image of cat-droppings out of your head.
