    Siguro I'm the worse-case scenario of insomnia... I not only have difficulty in sleeping at night, but there are really instances that I don't get any sleep at all! And not just that, just this week, I wasn't able to sleep for almost three days--STRAIGHT! My friends advised me to take some medication, but I decided not to 'cause I don't wanna be dependent on medication. At first reading before going to bed works for me, pero katagalan hindi na umuubra. Drinking milk wouldn't do for me either since I hate drinking milk. I think the only time I ever went bed early was when I had my OJT, kasi pagod na talaga ako pag-uwi ko ng bahay, as in bagsak na talaga tuka ko...

    In my case, there are only few effective ways wherein I can get to sleep early, and here they are:

    - I smoke before going to bed.
    - I'm drunk.
    - I engage myself in strenous activities, and keeping myself busy.
    - Reading a really - and I mean a REALLY - boring book, or watch a boring movie! Hehehehe!!!

    im working all year long on graveyard shift, im having problems sleeping at night on weekends..so i just make weekend nights just like any normal day: do the laundry, watch tv, check out the plants at the garden, exercise...then i can sleep at 4 am

    use alpha mode im sure tulog gyud mong tanan ana!! you can downloads it just type alpha mode ! if you reach that stage im sure tulog ang tao gyud bisag putlan pag ulo. alpha mode is related to yoga practice so gudluck to all. kong dili mo kita just pm mi ill tel you! 100% working , and PROVENNNNNN

    if ur thinking of walking around or doing things to make you tired physically when insomia hits you ... don't! these activities will only make your body system active... samot ka dili makatulog kay active naka. instead, do the most boring things you can think of. read boring books. count the ants crawling on your walls. =)
