psu 300w mura generic lang
19" lcd monitor

open nsad ni xa kay pra mahanginan
bago lang ni xa nag ingn ani na mag hang or magrestart lang ug iyaha

i think ur power supply is not suitable for a p4, try 450 or 500 watts

any of this can help:

- check the capacitors kung nag leak na or niburot na.
- basin hardware issues, parehasa ang memory. check the mobo manual kung unsa ma support nga ram
- change power supply

ask unta ko ninyo unsa problema ani ako pc bast 1st nko on inig abot sa desktop kung mag open ko og application mo restart man unya inig boot nya balik anha ra xa kutob ra xa sa checking sa cmos mo hang up na xa.
