anywz, tga CIT ko. taking up OJT this sem.
the crap (in the system) didto is that the college and the OIR, the one who handles the OJTs, are not clear with their specifics. e.g.ang usa ipapass ni sa pikas which sa pikas dili need ato for that period + daghan pa ipapas na i-don't-know-ngano-napa-man-ni requirements.. makalibog!
nindot ang CIT but ang system naay prob!
communication bet OIR and the college might be a solution_________________

tinuod jud ni,pirme gud na namo awayon ang kanang girl na magbantay dira!! makasapot labi na kung summer ka mag-ojt kay mag-apas gud ka sa oras aron makaabot sa 360 hours pero pagkadaghan requirements magsige nalang nuon tag absent, magkabuang na ug samot apas sa 360 hours.. daghan pa ipapass na useless,daghan kuti,mauwaw nalng mi sa among gi-ojthan kay daghan char2x,daghan pa kaau pasign-an! magdoble2x ug pass,magpass sa dept nimo,magpass pa sa oir,pwede sila nalang magcommunicate,duh!

sa RCC, ang school na ang tawagan sa mga kompanya ug mangayo ug OJT...kasagaran sa airline ug tourism kay sa airport and some sa mga travel agency...sa HRM kay naa partner nga hotel..kung sa Commerce kay naa sad kompanya pud mangita...sa education kay naa ang PVCS sa urgello...

yup, i'm from usc nya sah cit kow ng.ojt...
i don't know but naa man sad kow isa ka kuyog na ojt na tga.cit ra sad...
then naa sad mga OAD ojt...
basically i'm the only ojt na tga.usc karn na sem... ^_^

correct me if im wrong__
youre from USC and then sa CIT ka gaOJT.. it seems like a slap in the face sa CIT for CIT not to able to use their own students as OJTs..
