we can only speculate.. most likely.. to accomodate the number of subscribers on that tower..
kinda unfair lang..morag gipatilaw lang ka og kusog..and when you stop complaining.. mgkahinay na imo speed w/o you knowing it.. ako kay everytime online ko kay mgspeedtest man ko.. so i can really monitor the changes..
