I think they do understand . The principle of a 33rd al the way to the bottom is the same . The only difference are titles and responsibilities and knowledge of the craft . It is like comparable to STUDENTS . A highschooler obviously knows more than a gradeschooler but we all know that both are students and still are learning . Even if we finish college till we die , we are still in the process of constant learning and finding out new things .

Freemasonry has 33 degrees, kung musulod gni kas as petitioner ur in the 1st and going to be a 2nd degree. when you reach the 3rd Degree u will become a Master Mason, that's the time you will be Called a Mason. 33rd degree is the highest degree that a Mason can get, actually 32nd degree rman na siya kutob but if worthy jud ka ug tarong nga pagka mason the 33rd degree will be awarded in you. Its not easy being a Mason, it take a lot of hard works and.....money. hahaha

mura sab ug other networking...or online gaming, naay level...hehe

anyways, most organizations works this way...sa Lions Club gani naay Leo member (teens, teenager, up to 28 yrs old), presidente ang highest level, then Lions dayon nga presidente, then Lions Council governor per district, then national, then international.
