about this player that you mentioned na player from cebu ninos. The committee will discuss this. As per our rules regarding commercial players. We difinitely do not allow any commercial players in the league as well as college varsity and x varsity from '95 onwards.

and as for villanueva's case, he is a player for intercity and not for any commercial team nor we do not have any proof yet that he is a varsity player. On my part, dili ko maka ingon sa pagka karon na si villanueva osa ka commercial player coz ang intercity na liga kay morag ma consider nako na osa ka ordinaryo na liga na gi himo sa mga leader sa siyudad para mo hatag ug lingaw sa mga katawhan diha sa ilang siyudad. Ako man gani kay naa ko nailhan na player sa Lapu-lapu na osa ka tambay lang sa ilang lugar pero gi pickup sa Lapu-lapu city para mo duwa sa intercity tourney. mora pud siya ug sitwasyon na naa pud player na naka duwa sa "inter barangay". if he is in the newspaper it doesn't mean na commercial player na siya. What if pag ma newspaper nani ang Istorya League? meaning kita tanan commercial player na?

Anyway, as what i have mentioned the committee will discuss this case of Evan "aka" Totong Villanueva. As of now, the committee will remain tentative on this case because this is an isolated case that needs to be discussed properly and kinihanglan jud ni siya sabutan namo ug tarong. By the way, kini si totong villanueva kay mao ba jud ni si Evan Villanueva? ask lang ko kay wala man gud ko kaila aning tawhana.

regarding sa rules sa height. Yes, we are strict on that too. But, in this case will depend also to the teams concern. ang committee ani kay dili gihapon maka badlong diha sa osa ka team cause as what you mentioned wala pud mi meter to measure the height of each player na naa more than 3 players na nag height og 5'10" and above unless if naa mo "protest". so kinihanglan mo protesta mo para ato na mahimo-an ug action.
