It's not enough to build a mansion, buy a car and build the kind of business I want. Pero will be thankful pa rin kay better man kaysa wa.

10% go as tithe
5% to charity
50% for investment/business (or split it to invest and for business)
35% downpayment sa house or a car, upgrade some personal and household items and enjoy life some more
