^ you can use liquid or powder foundation as long as it matches the skintone, or a shade darker sa guys. Usually ang gamit sa mga artist na guys kay MAC Studio fix in NC42 kay natural ra kaau.

I want to try matchmaster, how is the staying power sis? Coverage? Nahan gyud ko sa whipped its like skin but better and its cheap too!

Medium coverage but buildable, medyo glowing effect ang MAC Matchmaster. Di kaau lo oily sa t-zone rA and it lasts all day, once rko retouch with powder. Really light ra diay ang whipped foundie? Hows the coverage compared to photready?

@khymm; ganahan ko ana, might as well buy that kay im running low on my face & body. The only photoready I have kay katong airbrush nila which I really dont like coz its heavy on my skin. Ang whipped by far the best drugstore foundation I ever tried. Coverage is medium, photoready i say when applied on my face its a full coverage. Try it sis! Revlon whipped creme foundation.

@sushikandi - cge sis i'll swatch it nya sa counter =) grabe man pud ang drugstore makeup diri oi kay ang revlon foundies mu range from 900+ sa stores. add nalang ta gamay MAC na hehe na try nako ang airbrush na mura mousse kay medyo baga bitaw sha, mas sheer ang photoready liquid, medyo glowing pud pero if medyo oily ka you need a good primer jud. As in wa pa jud naabot ang Face and body diri sa MAC counter, na try ra nko during our training, ug nice jud sha ug coverage. It's light but gaan sa face, nice for everyday use coz its water based pud.

@doradexplorer20 bought mine a few months ago sa country mall, natagbaw pud ko pangita sa watsons in ayala and sm. grabeh kay wala silay stocks. I use it every morning jud kay nice sha under concealer. Ika-3rd tube nani nko, pero i use a separate eye cream pud during nighttime

@khymm I bought matchmaster today i am so excited. I am in the shade 4.0 =) ask lang ko unsa imung gamit primer? I like it coz naa na spf daan, nindot for day use. I have yet to try it out tom and hopefully mu angay cya sako skin.

@khymm -- would you ever do a smoky eye with red lipstick? what shade sa eye makeup would go well with red lips? thanks!

@Dorothea; you can do that but go with the neutrals than going bold colors or black.

^ @Dorothea - yes pwede na pero not for everyday look =) Usually sa pictorials rana nice but in real life it's too much na.
If you want to use a little bit of color on the eyes, you can use browns instead pero light lang just like @sushikandi said.

here's some eye makeup looks na bagay with red lipstick:



In this pic, a slightly shimmery vanilla eyeshadow is used on lid, then medium brown eyeshadow ang gi-use on the crease area to contour with a matte neutral shade on the browbone to highlight. On the cheeks kay bronzer lang with a little bit of peach blush on the apples of the cheeks. I personally love this look with red lipstick!



2nd photo: Smokey eyes sha but notice the eyeshadow shades kay brown lang ang gigamit.

Here's a tip if you want to buy red lipstick:
Fair skintones - red lipstick with bluish undertone like MAC Ruby woo
Medium to dark - red lipstick with brownish or orangey tones (MAC Russian red, Viva Glam 1)
