Troubleshoot connectivity issues - kailangan man mag update ang mga customer to get the latest tax tables
Troubleshoot figures - this is in relation to tax forms kung ngano wala nagmatch ang numbers as seen in the software versus the numbers as provided by the State or Federal Agency

Mao ra jud na ang main responsibilities sa Payroll Tech. As for the schedule, US business hours from 6 am to 6 pm PST. And yes, you guys will be taking in calls mainly because this is not a back office kinda job.

Ramp up? Sa uban account guro. I heard ang cerebro, after tax season, nanangtang na daw ug mga poor performers.If dili ka ka.meet sa ilang standards, for reprofile daw ka. Katong mga bottom,gipanginterview for kodiak and sirius. hehe. Nindot if 100% imo promoter scores and if bi-skilled imo training para ila ka i.keep sa account

Around 2-3 mos. bottom scorecard basehan. Kung regular naka niya failing basin ibalhin ka nilag account kung di ka badlongon. Yes, kusog sila magreprofile. Katung mga agents nga nagtraining for Xbox wa man gani nakatugpa sa floor pero gibutang sad sila sa laing accounts. Pasara lang para naay sud ang ATM.
